No stock photography, no templated descriptions, no three-word headlines. Every Savvy listing runs through an editorial check: headline variance, narrative specificity, image sequencing. If a listing would embarrass a Sotheby's editor, we send it back to the owner with notes.

Every upload runs through color-grading, exposure correction, and perspective-straightening. Interiors above 120 Lux. Exteriors in golden hour or bright overcast. Aerial shots composed, not dumped from a drone. You own the edits — we just make the baseline excellent.

Neighborhood demographics come from the U.S. Census Bureau ACS 5-year estimates. Flood zones from FEMA. School assignments from NCES and county-district APIs. Nothing scraped from competitor sites, nothing fabricated by our models. Every stat on a listing page is traceable.

Every AI-drafted paragraph is labeled for you before publication. Every image enhancement is non-destructive — originals are preserved and downloadable. Every listing carries a "human-approved" timestamp showing when the owner signed off on the final page.

Every agent subscription is tied to a verified Florida DBPR license. Complaints are logged publicly. Three verified conduct complaints within twelve months trigger a permanent ban — no appeal, no exceptions. The standard protects every homeowner equally.

Listings and messages are scanned in real time for language that expresses preference or limitation based on protected class. Flagged content is blocked, reviewed, and removed. We hold our enforcement to the standards set by the HUD Office of Fair Housing and the Fair Housing Act.
